Biography

Cathy has over 15 years of client and supplier-side marketing research experience, managing both qualitative and quantitative studies, with a concentration on satisfaction tracking. For the past three years, she’s been responsible for satisfaction tracking across digital touch points at Marriott. Prior to joining Marriott, Cathy managed guest satisfaction research for Choice Hotels International and member satisfaction research for AOL. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University and lives in Northern VA with her husband and two daughters.
